Like many nonprofits, Nanubhai Education Foundation depends largely on volunteer support from young professionals like yourself.
We are currently recruiting volunteers to participate on the 2012 Gala team. Joining the gala team, volunteers have an opportunity to plan the organization’s primary fundraiser.
We are proud to announce the 2012 gala will be held on Friday, April 27th, 2012 in New York City.
The Nanubhai Annual Gala is intended to be more than a fundraising event. It is an opportunity to celebrate what the organization has accomplished and to honor those who have worked for the betterment of education in rural India.
The annual gala is the primary fundraiser for Nanubhai’s Fellowship Program. The GalaTeam will meet via conference calls , and communicate through email. The time commitment ranges from less than 2 hours per week in the early months of planning, and could go beyond 4 hours per week the month of the gala.
Our volunteers enjoy the opportunity to enhance skills they want to build, expand their networks, and have fun while contributing to a great cause.
