Our Future

20 Leadership Development Program graduates mentoring other local teachers
80 graduates from the Leadership Development Program advocating for change in their schools
1,000 teachers trained in one and multi-day seminars
225,000 rural students with access to higher quality education

These are a few of the numbers that we plan to see in the next five years of our work. Through close collaboration with our partner schools, we plan to use them as hubs to expand our work throughout the rural communities we serve, sending Nanubhai trained teachers all over the district, all over the state, and eventually expanding to other parts of India.

Teacher by teacher expansion: By encouraging graduates of our Leadership Development Program to opt to become teacher-mentors themselves, we make our programs scalable, locally sustainable, and give our graduates the opportunity to share their passion and motivation for teaching with others, creating a movement that spreads teacher by teacher. Sustainable, market-based model: Through providing one and multi-day teacher trainings for a sliding scale fee, we plan to be able to transition to a semi-market based model that channels its earnings right back into our Leadership Development Program which creates lasting community activists for change.

On-going accountability through rigorous evaluation: Through the on-going collection of data and a carefully identified metrics, we use a blend of quantative and qualitative data to ensure that our programs are achieving their intended impact. We plan to evaluate both the short and long term impacts of our programs on the communities we serve.
